1.) All dogs must have current Town license, and up to date on vaccinations. Please display current rabies tag, or have rabies certificate with you.
2.) Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park staging area. Leashes are to be removed once inside the park.
3.) No pinch, prong or choke style (INCLUDING MARTINGALES) or spiked collars are permitted inside the park.
4.) Limit of 3 dogs per owner at any one time
5.) Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at ALL times. PLEASE do not allow children to climb the trees or on the equipment.
6.) Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. Dogs that show aggression must be removed from the park at the first sign of aggression
7.) Female dogs in heat are not allowed in the park. Sick dogs are also not allowed at the park
8.) Dog owners must remain in the park with their dogs at all times. Dogs must be under the voice control of their owners.
9.) No food or drink allowed in the park (THIS INCLUDES DOG TREATS), except water, coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacle.
10.) Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited inside of the park.
11.) Humans must wear shoes at all times when inside of the dog park.
12.) Owners must clean their dog's feces and place in the provided receptacles
13.) Please don't encourage your dog to dig. Fill in any holes that may be dug.
14.) Dogs under the age of 4 months are prohibited - unless you show proof that all vaccinations have been given
15.) Please do not encourage your dog to hop the fence between the two sides. They may end up jumping out of the park, or other dogs may follow suit.
16.) Failure to abide by the rules may result in loss of park privileges.
17.) IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT OF A DOG FIGHT OR INJURY, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES INVOLVED TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION WITH EACH OTHER.

THE SMALL DOG SIDE IF FOR DOGS UNDER 35LBS
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DOG IS ON THE CORRECT SIDE OF THE PARK. FINAL DISCRETION IS THE DECISION OF THE EDPAC BOARD

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE ENFIELD DOG PARK IS RUN BY A GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS. WE ARE NOT OPERATED OR FUNDED BY THE TOWN OF ENFIELD.
USERS OF THE ENFIELD DOG PARK ENTER AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE EDPAC AND THE TOWN OF ENFIELD ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY.
